Как это широко известно, они взяли с собой флаг США и, как заявляется, флаги 185 стран и штатов. Но немногим менее известно то, что они также взяли с собой скроенный и сшитый вручную шелковый флаг Верховного совета шотландского устава южной юрисдикции США.
The members of the Apollo 11 mission took only the bare essentials with them to the Moon. As is widely known, they took with them the US flag and, allegedly, the flags of 185 countries and states. But what is slightly less well known is that they also took with them a hand made silk flag of the Supreme Council, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction, USA.
Который после этой важнейшей миссии астронавты заботливо вернули на Землю, и передали прямо в руки суверенного великого командора Л. А. Смита.
