Specialized dye, delivered along with a vaccine, could enable “on-patient” storage of vaccination history.
MIT researchers have now developed a novel way to record a patient’s vaccination history: storing the data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine.

Rhythmic poetry, known as tassu, has been a part of Senegalese culture since ancient times. Historically, tassu was used to air political discontent of all sorts, from social life to marriage to the environment. This political content continues today, but tassu also performs roles as general entertainment and as ritual function in ceremonies such as marriage – one of the tassoukat (performers) best known for the latter being Aby Ngana Diop.
