Interesting Armenian initiative: Diaspora Armenian Parliament - HyeID
The Armenians of California are proposing the creation of an all-Armenian parliament with a centre in California, and will issue a HyeID "Armenian card", which will give various advantageous bonuses.
Indeed, the modern world is changing rapidly, goverments and states are sprawling at the seams and deteriorating, and it is no longer clear who is running them. New forms of organisation are needed.
The Armenians are looking to the future, they are one step ahead of the world.

Армяне Калифорнии предлагают создать всеармянский парламент с центром в Калифорнии,

Действительно, современный мир быстро меняется, государства расползаются по швам
и деградируют, уже непонятно кто ими управляет. Нужны новые формы организации.
Армяне смотрят в будущее, они на шаг впереди всего мира.
Если это начали обсуждать армяне, то это не просто болтовня и шлёпанье языком.
